Job Vacancy – Full time Experienced Administrator required for Gloucestershire Garden Room company.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing Gloucestershire based garden room business based at our workshop in Staunton, Gloucestershire. We are looking for an experienced person that can support the ongoing growth and development of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • General administration
  • Taking incoming calls
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Issuing quotes and Order Confirmations
  • Invoicing
  • Purchase order management
  • Social media management (Facebook and Twitter)

Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous administration experience
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport desirable

Hours

9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday

Salary

£17,000 – £19,500
